We use water from the Central Alps and 💧.
and carefully selected Miyamanishiki from the local Inadani area.
All the ingredients are pure rice.
Brewed at low temperature fermentation
Soft and elegant sweetness 🍈...🍈.
Full-bodied and clear due to low-temperature fermentation brewing.
It has a pleasantly sharp taste with a lingering aftertaste.
You can drink it for a long time without getting tired of it 🤤.
