bouken
The last of the sake purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival.
The first half is fruity sweet and delicious, typical of Eiko-Fuji, but the second half is bitter and complex.
I think it is a little less sweet than other Eiko-Fuji, and the taste is a little different from other Eiko-Fuji.
Maybe because it is made with Jinriki, it has a little bit of the atmosphere of a strong sake from the Himeji area, like Ryu-ryoku or Yukihiko-zan.
