It has a mild mouthfeel, pleasant acidity, and a sense of maturity and umami that follows. It has a hiyaoroshi taste. Of course it is, because it has been left for a year. Sorry, Hakuryu, I let it mature so much even though it is the first time to be bottled.... Last year, when the brewer came to Takashimaya for a tasting and sale, I drove an hour and a half all the way by bicycle to buy a bottle. I haven't ridden a bicycle to Namba since I was in junior high school. It was relatively warm that day and easy to move around, but it also made me realize that even at my age, I can do it if I try.
