The aroma is mild.
When you drink it, it has a rice-umami, slightly bran-like classical taste.
You can feel the gentle sweetness and umami of the rice,
The finish is surprisingly refreshing.
It is deliciously dry.
And it is a very reasonable sake.
3.5/5 for my favorite.

The texture is melt-in-your-mouth.
The spiciness of the alcohol is also present in moderation.
Syrupy, clear and rich flavor.
It looks delicious on the rocks.

The staff at the store is very knowledgeable about Sake,
I thought that the recommendation was also skillful.
