I often say it has a "Ramune" feel to it, but this one really had the glucose or "taste" of Ramune! 🫧
On the way back from visiting the morning glory festival in Iriya.
It was so hot that day that I had to ask for a glass of water before drinking sake...

Gozenshu Omachi Trilogy Series - Yeast Version
Special brewing sake [77] high malic acid producing yeast
When I visited Katsuyama a few years ago, there happened to be a brewery (or maybe community?) festival going on. I had a lot of fun tasting the various samples at Tsuji Honten.
In addition to the nostalgic memories, I also remember that "Yeast No. 77" is the same yeast used by Tobirazumi! So I chose this one🍎.

Hmmm? The taste is different from the previous AFS.... The acidity is excellent, but it tastes like rubbing alcohol (ethanol?) in wine sometimes. It tastes like rubbing alcohol (ethanol?).
Maybe it's because it's fire-brewed? (random).
