🍶🌾 Fudo White Koji & Ringo Junmai Nama Shu A combination of white malted rice and No. 77 yeast. It's a combination of like x like so no doubt! 🫧 The waiter who tasted it first said, "Oh! It's definitely the one (I) like!" The waiter who tasted it before me laughed 🤣 He knows what he's talking about!

🍶🌾 Bunkajin Summer Jungin Light Nigori Nama I see it has a name "ghost label"! 👻 I often say it has a "Ramune" feel to it, but this one really had the glucose or "taste" of Ramune! 🫧 On the way back from visiting the morning glory festival in Iriya. It was so hot that day that I had to ask for a glass of water before drinking sake...

🍶🌾 Gozenshu Omachi Trilogy Series - Yeast Version Special brewing sake [77] high malic acid producing yeast When I visited Katsuyama a few years ago, there happened to be a brewery (or maybe community?) festival going on. I had a lot of fun tasting the various samples at Tsuji Honten. In addition to the nostalgic memories, I also remember that "Yeast No. 77" is the same yeast used by Tobirazumi! So I chose this one🍎.
