In my family (or mainly me), for some reason, we call Tomikucho "Fukucho-san", and I had mistaken it for the name of a sake brewery until now. Tomikyucho was a brand name! The brewery is Imada Shuzo Honten, right? 鯉する鴎Hello Kumacha-san, sorry for my first comment 🙇Good evening 🌙
Tomikunaga is the brand name of the sake brewed by Imada Shuzo. ☺️
They are a sake brewery that has restored the ancient sake rice called Yatanso🌾, which is associated with Hiroshima ✨.

Kawatsuru MIZUMOTO-N NORA
The one served at the order of "any recommendation of sweet & sour". ペンギンブルーSlightly refreshing aroma.
Surprisingly soft and syrupy texture.
Slightly sweet and sour with a hint of sourness.
Apple, etc.
Slightly tingling and raw?
Compared to the previous two, it was a bit hazy.
Taste level 3/5 ペンギンブルーThe aroma is mild.
When you drink it, it has a rice-umami, slightly bran-like classical taste.
You can feel the gentle sweetness and umami of the rice,
The finish is surprisingly refreshing.
It is deliciously dry.
And it is a very reasonable sake.
