Mimuro cedar, Bodhi yeast I wondered what kind of taste Bodhi Hashiro tends to have.　I drank this one, and it tasted sweet and sour, but nothing special. Am I the only one who thinks whether it tastes good or not is more important than whether it is a Bodai yeast or not? Rating 5/10

Hatsu Mimuro Cedar.　Did I raise my expectations too high? When I first opened the bottle, it tasted too little and was really bad. But when I drank it 2 days after opening the bottle, it had a little more flavor. It was sweet and sour and refreshing, but I was disappointed if it was this good. I think there's too much fuss. I will try another one next time. Rating 5/10

Koei Chrysanthemum is often seen on YouTube. It's okay for a sweet and sour gasiness type sake. It's good as an aperitif now in summer. Rating 8.0/10

There is not much aroma, and the wine has a refreshing acidity and a slight dry sharpness. Since it is a food sake, less aroma is preferable, but the brewer's recommendation of drinking it at 10°C or lower will cause it to lose some of its umami flavor and only serve to refresh the flavor of the food. Personally, I prefer it slightly cooled down, which gives it more umami and tastes better. Rating 8/10

It has a clean, sweet taste and is a sizzling carbonation!　The alcohol content is 14%, so it is light. As an aperitif, it is perfect for summer. Although this sake is brewed using the traditional sake yeast, there is no sense of yeast yeast... for better or worse... I have yet to find a sake of this type that tastes so good. If anyone knows, please let me know! Rating 7.5/10

It has a slight aroma of banana. It has a slight orikage, which makes it softer on the palate, and it is easy to drink. The sake level is not written, but it is probably +2 or something like that, not too spicy or sweet! I like it!　I drank it the other day and it was so good! Ruikan Shinsengumi Junmai Ginjyo Fukuro Shiboribori Shizuku Nama Shuzake (fresh sake) from Yamaoka Shuzo in Hiroshima Prefecture. It is a similar type of sake to the one I had the other day! I prefer Zuikan, but this Summer Mist was great too! Rating 8.5/10

The aroma is yogurt, and the taste is a distinctive sourness and some bitterness in the aftertaste. The alcohol content is 13, so it is relatively light and recommended for drinking cold in the summer! This is part of the Concept workers Collection series, and is a limited distribution item. I had no idea this was the case, but it just happened to catch my eye and I bought it. I am satisfied with it. I will repeat it! Rating 8.8/10

Sake that tastes reasonably good from the fourth sip. It is a classic dry sake with relatively little miscellaneous flavors and almost no umami, although it has a sourness typical of a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. The acidity is noticeable even when it is heated up, and I could not taste any richness, which is a shame since I had high expectations for this sake. Not to be repeated.

I bought it after being recommended to drink it as a highball! One sake, two soda, and a slice of lemon in a glass full of ice. I tried it, but I didn't understand why it was recommended to drink it as a highball! The sake itself is a classic dry sake. No repeats.

Purchased because of its stylish appearance! Gorgeous aroma and sweet taste. The label says the aroma is grapefruit, but I couldn't tell (lol). Easy to drink, but maybe not very distinctive...

I had never heard of this brand, but it's so good! The aroma is not that great, but the balance between the umami of the rice and the acidity of the sake that comes afterwards is great, and the end result is a slightly dry and refreshing drink. At just under 1,600 yen for a bag of shibori-nama-sake, this is definitely recommended, and seriously delicious! Unfortunately, the label is too tacky (lol).

Dry sake with a gaseous taste and easy to drink. The aroma is not so strong. Personally, I don't like it. It has no flavor and does not go well with food! I don't think I will repeat it. Score 4/10

Immediately after opening the bottle, it tasted gassy and clean. Two days after opening the bottle, the gaseous sensation was lessened, but the sweetness could be felt more, which I liked better! It has a nice aroma, but I don't know what to compare it to. My friend who drank it with me said it had a subtle pear taste. Personally, I would give it 7.5 out of 10.
