Sake that tastes reasonably good from the fourth sip.
It is a classic dry sake with relatively little miscellaneous flavors and almost no umami, although it has a sourness typical of a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast.
The acidity is noticeable even when it is heated up, and I could not taste any richness, which is a shame since I had high expectations for this sake.
Not to be repeated.
