It was The old-fashioned sake.
Not bad, but it also leaves a dull impression...
I wonder if that's why so many of them are so sweet or stand out these days.

Trial brewing with a different yeast than usual.
It has the same flavor profile as the other Gagakuyo, but it has a tartness in the sweetness and acidity.
Rating 6/10
The sake is said to be the core of Gagakuyo.
It is a light sake with a sweet and sour taste, but it is well-balanced as it is the core of Garakudai.
A great toast.
The balance was very much out of whack by the third day. It has a short shelf life.

This Junmai Daiginjo has carbonation gas.
With its gorgeous aroma, moderate flavor, and carbonation, this sake has a flavor that is all the rage today.
When the carbonation is removed, the sweetness becomes heavier and the balance is lost.
Rating 7.5/10
It's supposed to be super dry, but there is quite a bit of sweetness in the mouth.
The aftertaste is a little sharp.
The sharpness of the aftertaste may be due to the addition of alcohol.
I feel that it leaves a bit of a sluggish feeling in the mouth.
Rating 6/10
It is a kind of "normal sake" with a slightly sweet and alcoholic taste that lingers on the palate.
I would like to drink something better, so I won't repeat the experience. The quality itself is just as good as regular sake.
Rating 5/10
I drank it cold on the first day and it was surprisingly bad. The sake was too young, and the taste was not at all on the palate.
On the third day, I drank it at room temperature, and it had an aoey flavor and a good amount of spiciness, making it easy to drink and enjoy! A trace of bitterness is also felt in the aftertaste.
Maybe it's because it's a classic version, but I don't think the aroma is very strong.

My first Sentori!
I was surprised by the strong carbonation and spiciness! If it were a little lower in alcohol content, it would be a good alternative to Dom Perignon!
It was still very carbonated on the 4th day.
A little too spicy...
Rated 8/10
It's so thick! It's very robust, high in alcohol content, and the color of the liquor has a great sense of maturity.
I really can only recommend this sake to those who are a drinker.
Rating 7/10
It's a liqueur, so the taste is as you would expect. You can drink it with soda.
It is a pity that sake is not included in the ingredients, even though it is made by Tatenokawa.
Rating 7/10
It has a subtle grape-like aroma with a mild umami flavor and a dry finish.
I was surprised! I wasn't expecting this at all, but it was delicious. I feel like it's been stored fresh after being squeezed and the flavors have taken over nicely. Highly recommended.

It is a junmai sake, but the rice polishing ratio is 60. It is very beautifully made.
It is a refreshing Junmai sake with a light sweetness. It is very cost-effective! No wonder it won an award.
Very nice!

Do you guys have any idea what this tastes like?
Yes! It didn't feel grapey to me at all :-(
Is that even possible with this design?
The sweetness comes first in the mouth, but the aftertaste is a bit spicy? But it's a bit heavy.

Ryusei Extra
It says "blended" in both the rice and the milling ratio...
It has a strange sweetness and a slightly spicy aftertaste, maybe because it is a blend of different sake? Maybe a blend that is not a properly designed assemblage is of low quality!

Mimuro cedar, Bodhi yeast
I wondered what kind of taste Bodhi Hashiro tends to have. I drank this one, and it tasted sweet and sour, but nothing special.
Am I the only one who thinks whether it tastes good or not is more important than whether it is a Bodai yeast or not?
