Takapon
There is not much aroma, and the wine has a refreshing acidity and a slight dry sharpness.
Since it is a food sake, less aroma is preferable, but the brewer's recommendation of drinking it at 10°C or lower will cause it to lose some of its umami flavor and only serve to refresh the flavor of the food.
Personally, I prefer it slightly cooled down, which gives it more umami and tastes better.
