I drank it cold on the first day and it was surprisingly bad. The sake was too young, and the taste was not at all on the palate.
On the third day, I drank it at room temperature, and it had an aoey flavor and a good amount of spiciness, making it easy to drink and enjoy! A trace of bitterness is also felt in the aftertaste.
Maybe it's because it's a classic version, but I don't think the aroma is very strong.
