I bought it after being recommended to drink it as a highball! One sake, two soda, and a slice of lemon in a glass full of ice. I tried it, but I didn't understand why it was recommended to drink it as a highball! The sake itself is a classic dry sake. No repeats.

Purchased because of its stylish appearance! Gorgeous aroma and sweet taste. The label says the aroma is grapefruit, but I couldn't tell (lol). Easy to drink, but maybe not very distinctive...

I had never heard of this brand, but it's so good! The aroma is not that great, but the balance between the umami of the rice and the acidity of the sake that comes afterwards is great, and the end result is a slightly dry and refreshing drink. At just under 1,600 yen for a bag of shibori-nama-sake, this is definitely recommended, and seriously delicious! Unfortunately, the label is too tacky (lol).

Dry sake with a gaseous taste and easy to drink. The aroma is not so strong. Personally, I don't like it. It has no flavor and does not go well with food! I don't think I will repeat it. Score 4/10

Immediately after opening the bottle, it tasted gassy and clean. Two days after opening the bottle, the gaseous sensation was lessened, but the sweetness could be felt more, which I liked better! It has a nice aroma, but I don't know what to compare it to. My friend who drank it with me said it had a subtle pear taste. Personally, I would give it 7.5 out of 10.

Soft and slightly dry, not too fruity! Sake for cold drinking. It is a type of sake that can be enjoyed by everyone. It is just right for summer drinking at home.
