Serve well chilled Fruity but clear aroma The taste is very mild and full on the palate thanks to the silky, slightly effervescent bubbles. The sweetness is not harsh, but has a good umami flavor that makes it easy to drink. A slight bitterness lingers in the aftertaste. It's kind of calming. It's good to drink slowly at night.
