Yamagata Masamune that I had purchased for Christmas🎄. Santa🎅's elephant🐘. Clear, slightly effervescent, modest aroma. Slightly fizzy and slightly carbonated in the mouth. The refreshing taste is typical of Yamagata Masamune. There is also a hint of sweetness. Overall, it is a modest sake that does not interfere with meals. My wife, who doesn't like sake, was able to drink it, so I'm glad we can drink it together: ☺️ Merry Christmas🎄!

Found and purchased during a trip to Ishikawa. I was under the impression that most of the sake I saw in Hokuriku was dry, but the description on the sales floor said it was sweet! Fruity ginjo aroma Strong alcohol, acidity and rice flavor in the mouth. Slightly sweet, but clearly more dry than the usual sake. When I bought pickled ovaries of puffer fish together with it, I was worried that the sweet flavor would not go well with it. The unique fermentation smell is beautifully sublimed by the strong sake flavor. Yum!

Transparent. The quality of the sake is as smooth as clear groundwater. The aroma is thick and sweet like white chocolate, which you would never imagine. I was surprised by the aroma, which I have never smelled before in sake. When you put it in your mouth, the aroma becomes a flavor that fills your mouth. Yellow-colored and mildly tinged sake Ginjo aroma with a hint of fruity sweetness Soft on the palate Impressive gentle sweetness with no sourness The low acidity and bitterness are easy to drink thanks to the slight carbonation accenting the taste buds. The delicious taste of rice and the brewed flavor pass through the nostrils to the finish. It is not a refreshing and crisp type, but rather a mildly sweet type. Is it similar to Takachiyo or Toyo Bijin? I guess. Very tasty! It's the kind of sake I like.
