When you put it in your mouth, the aroma becomes a flavor that fills your mouth. The aroma is in harmony with the sweetness, slight bitterness, and full-bodied flavor of the rice. The mouthfeel is soft.
The finish has a slight hint of cheese.
A very satisfying sake from start to finish. It can be fully enjoyed on its own without pairing. Impressive Junmai Daiginjo🥹.
