Along with the crisp acidity, the umami of the rice is strongly felt. Perhaps because it is a junmai sake, various umami flavors are blended together.
The aftertaste of rice flavor continues until the end, with little bitterness. It has a different flavor from that of ginjo-shu🙆It is good.
