Enjoy local sake on a trip to Kanazawa. Selected some rare ones, mainly dry. It is a rare taste that I like, but it has a strong flavor without leaving a sharp aftertaste. However, I have a feeling I will have a headache the next day. Kanazawa Station Building Liquor Store

Izumi Junmai Ginjo from Takeuchi Shuzo Brewery. Apparently, due to low production, it is only sold in the Kanazawa area. The bottle has a sticker on it that reads "Kanazawa Limited Genuine Sake. The sake has a slight yellow tinge. The flavor spreads in the mouth and disappears in the next instant. There is a faint caramel-like aroma. The aroma is weak, but the taste is surprisingly robust. However, the taste can only be felt for a moment. There is almost no aftertaste. It has a good sharpness. It is easy to drink. Sake of a high level Delicious even when heated. It is hard to find outside of Kanazawa, but it is relatively tasty and recommended.

I was lured by the claim of "fantastic sake" and bought it as a souvenir. It has a big bouquet and a melon-like aroma. It has a good bitterness and umami.

It is a Kanazawa limited sake. On the palate, the acidity, sweetness and umami spread in good balance. It leaves a moderate alcohol feeling and disappears as it is. It is best served cold. It has a good umami taste and is a good sake.
