Unlike the fruity aroma, the sake-like aroma includes a fermentation-derived cheese-like salty aroma
When drinking it, there is a mushroom-like brothy flavor, and the taste is mild, firm, sweet, and gentle on the palate with a mildly thick texture
The sweetness is accompanied by a slight bitterness of about 5% and a lingering sourness that lingers for a long time.
I feel that this sake is very different from other sake I have had in the past.
It's sweet, but it's for adults.
