Tohoku Meibrewery, which brews all of its sake with "kimoto" (sake yeast) brewing, has a strong emphasis on quality, which is why the company rarely produces "nama-shu" (unpasteurized sake). In recent years, some of their sake has been distributed through a limited number of sake stores that can manage it. One such product is "Hatsuson Junmai Daiginjyo Suika Nama Nama.
