I had a bottle of Hyakujuro's Orion, a favorite of my favorite sake bar (*´-`). The food marriage recommendation was a strange one: gyoza dumplings, pot-au-feu and oden (oden). I love that kind of core!

A product with the same specifications as the "Chiebijin Junmai-shu" that won the President's Award at the KURA MASTER in France, but made into a slightly sparkling "Orikarami". At any rate, it is delicious, so if you find it, please try it! And the rabbit label is cute in the back,

I was lucky enough to be able to suddenly compare four different kinds of drinks on my Hana-yosu debut! Moreover, all of them were opened for the first time, so we were able to fully enjoy the taste of each one (°▽°) They were all delicious, but I personally think Miyamanishiki is the best!

I tried it because it was the manager's recommendation, and it is very tasty as a food wine! The alcohol content is a little low at 13 degrees, so if you're not careful, you can drink too much,

It seems to be a sake from the Atsumi Peninsula in Aichi Prefecture. I was curious to try it because it is made from 100% Koshihikari rice produced in Tahara City (not sake rice), but it was surprisingly refreshing and easy to drink. It was surprisingly refreshing and easy to drink.

WG by Morinokura Sake Brewery at Tomozoe Sake Shop today! I was given the opportunity to drink the lineup, which becomes more flavorful when heated ^ ^. It was an eye-opener to know that there is a muddy sake that tastes great warmed up (°▽°).

The abe I had at an Italian restaurant was so good that when I looked for a special distributor in Fukuoka, I got this one! It had a very nice crisp, slightly effervescent flavor.

Sansho, one of my TOP 3 favorite sakes of the first time I drank it in 2023. I was delighted to be offered the first type of San-do I had ever seen at my favorite sake bar (//∇//). It was just a little sweet, so I think I prefer the black Yamadanishiki.

I finally got Gakki Masamune in Fukushima City, which was not available in Iwaki and I wanted to drink it someday! It is a very refreshing sake that is fruity on the palate but disappears smoothly! Considering the low price of 1200 yen, I can see why so many people are addicted to it!

Not Kaitou Otokoyama, but Otokoyama Shuzo's "Wa". I think it's not bad, but I feel it's a little lacking.

This Daiginjo was purchased for less than 2,000 yen, but it is refreshing and delicious without any miscellaneous tastes. Why is it that there is no bitterness at the moment of putting it in the mouth though it is quite strong?

The second part of the reconstruction series Suzuki Shuzo, the same brewery that makes Banjo Kotobuki, used rice and raw water from Namie-cho to make this sake genre. This sake has a crisp and refreshing taste. The label is also cute.
