I was looking for summer sake and found a Senkou beetle ^ ^.
The phrase "one bottle per person" was enough for me to buy it, but it was quite refreshing and easy to drink!

Grateful to drink Niimasa's Colors for 666 yen (^. ^)
I got the impression that it has a strong acidity but also has a strong umami flavor.
It is not often that I have a chance to drink it, so I savored it carefully (*´-`)

We had a cup of Sharaku called Akaban Oumachi.
It has a smooth mouthfeel and a clean aftertaste!
I guess I'll have to update my ranking of the best tasting sake of the year!

One that I had been looking forward to purchasing at the end of last month.
I thought it would be similar to the Akabu Yui no Aroma I drank the other day, but it was even sweeter and juicier ^ - ^.
I know that people have their own tastes in sake, but I don't think Akabu is out of this world.

Attracted by the instagram, we went to a standing bar to drink Hyakujuro's Nama-zake Anniversary.
It seemed much heavier than the last Hyakujuro we had (◡╹).
I was able to drink it slowly and enjoy it.

This was the first time I drank this Nabeshima, but I guess Nabeshima suits my taste in general.

As the waiter wrote, it has a slightly sour taste.
It is delicious and well balanced with the soft sweetness of the light nigori! ^ - ^

I found my favorite Akabu no Yui no Kaoru and bought it!
I brought it to a cherry blossom viewing party and it was so well received that it was quickly emptied!
You can't go wrong with Akabu ^_^.

Enjoying Abe Sake Brewery's Star Series at Kyushu Sake Brewery Biraki 2024 at Hakata Station ^ - ^
I was happy to be able to enjoy the acidic and mellow Regulus and the crisp and slightly effervescent Sirius!
There are only a few places in Kyushu that carry them, so I'm glad I was able to enjoy them today!

I bought a bottle of Ruri from Jinzo by accident in Fukuoka.
It has a slight sweetness when drunk cold.

But the mouthfeel is very mellow with no bitterness at all (*sigh*).
The alcohol content is 17.5, which is quite high for sake, but it is so easy to drink that it doesn't bother me at all!

At the same restaurant where we compared Hana-yosu last week, today we compared Shinshu Kamerei!
This was my first time drinking this sake as well, but it is delicious with a sharp aftertaste 😋.
Especially the one on the left was my personal favorite, as it is rarely stocked!
