I happened to look in a liquor store that was selling a limited edition of one bottle each. Since I had never had it before and it was a rasichi, I bought it without hesitation.
It had a fruity aroma, and when I sipped it, I felt a refreshing sweetness with a slight spiciness passing through at the end.
It is indeed Tazake.

I had been wanting to drink it for a while and found it at Hasegawa Sake Shop so I couldn't resist buying it😃.
The aroma is faintly lactic acidic. I found it sweet and strongly acidic. It has a droll texture and a slight rice graininess. It is sweet and tasty and I would drink as much as I want.
