Cold... The sizzle and pizzazz that only a freshly pressed... The alcohol feeling (refreshing, not disgusting) that goes through the nose precedes it... is it a smooth drink? I thought. But soon the fruit aroma, sweetness and umami filled my mouth. Although I think it is a little more than sweet and umami. The lingering bitterness and acidity that follows also creates a crisp throat finish😆. Personal rating 8.5/10

A chance encounter in search of the sake you are looking for😍. In a word... citrusy and fresh drinking♪ More understated raw greasy sour feel than Kouyogiku Snow Crescent🤔. The acidity from the white koji isn't too overpowering either. It has a nice sweetness and a good amount of rice flavor👍. The bitterness that follows makes the throat feel clean and inviting 🤗. Cold... It's luxurious freshly squeezed 🤗 In the mouth... It has a fresh and crisp aroma. You'd think it would have a clean taste, but... As the temperature of the liquid rises in the mouth... the gorgeous aroma and As the liquid temperature rises in the mouth, the gorgeous aroma and the sweetness of the rice are realized. When you swallow it, you can feel a slight aroma like a wooden vat and acidity... The ginjo aroma tickles your nostrils. It was a juicy kind of drinking 😛 . Personal rating 9/10

Cold... I missed out on buying this last year, Prism! This year, I found out about the shipment, so I went to my favorite liquor store and reserved it right away! I got my wish and got it for the first time! The first sip.... The gorgeous aroma and sweetness of the rice. As I swallowed it, the acidity and the bitterness came back, and the ginjo aroma went through my nose😍. It was like a prism... a sake that approached various taste fields😆. Personal rating 9/10

Cold... I was lucky enough to buy my first 14yo at regular price❤... Early December last year😅. I've seen it all over the place and the price is so high. I've never had the courage to open a bottle... I've never opened a bottle, but I think it might be past its prime? Maybe it's past its prime? I kept repeating in my mind for days... This time, I finally opened the bottle! From the moment you put it in your mouth, the flavor and sweetness of the rice fills your mouth, and the ginjo aroma (?) goes through your nose. and the ginjo aroma(?) goes through the nose. Gradually you can feel the right amount of acidity and the right amount of bitterness... After swallowing it, there is a lingering sweetness, umami, and fragrance. The more I drink it, the more I appreciate it. The more you drink it, the more your opinion of it rises🤓. Personal rating 9/10

Cold... Just as described. It begins with a fresh, gorgeous mouthfeel... The sweetness is subtle... and the mouthfeel is clear. And yet, you can feel the flavor of the rice. The slight bitterness and acidity at the end give it depth and a strong sake character. Personal rating 8/10

Sake degree -20 Alcohol content 9%. The yeast makes it look pink. The taste is astringent and acidic, and the rice flavor and sweetness are hard to detect... It has a dry mouthfeel that doesn't feel like sake. If served with rosé champagne or sparkling wine, you might not even know it was sake⁉😅. I'd rather drink it cold. I think it's easier to drink when it's not too cold. I think it's easy to drink. Personal rating 4/10

Cold... Gorgeous....or is it more refreshing? The aroma of the wine, with well-balanced acidity and a refreshing taste. By the time it goes down your throat, you're left with the sweetness and flavor of the rice gently, with a hint of bitterness that doesn't make it hard to feel I know my impressions are getting tedious, but... Overall, this was one that I felt was well balanced. Personal Rating 8/10

cold An interesting bottle that turned my image of nigori sake on its head! They say it's called "Calpis for adults" 😁 In the mouth, the smoothness of the drink and the alcoholic sensation that makes you think it's dry! But then it's a complete reversal. Then... the rice flavor and sweetness rushes in, a two-step flavor! The sweetness isn't too sweet. By the time it passed down my throat, it blended with the alcohol in my mouth as I began to sip it, leaving a nice sweet aftertaste that I was drawn to... On a side note. The brewer says....it's not for everyone, but it's a great warmed sake! My personal rating9/10

cold water Special Junmai sake? That's what I'm talking about! I don't know if I can say... Because it's a special junmai sake! It's a special junmai sake! Or should I say... I'm so addicted to it that I regret not being able to drink "The First". The crisp freshness of the unpasteurized sake, the slightly dry mouthfeel and slightly rummier flavor, and the deliciousness that lingered afterwards...the balance from the moment you take it in your mouth to the moment you finish it was perfect😊. This is the first in a series of freshly squeezed drinks available only at the izakaya chains listed on the label. I don't remember it clearly, but... Honestly, even so... last year/especially the year before, I think the aroma and flavor were more distinct. This year, for a freshly opened drink, there was little fizziness and not much fresh squeezed freshness to be found. A day after opening the bottle...the aroma and flavor seem to be easier to detect. Personal rating 7/10

Tanks pumping = direct pumping ← I didn't learn enough ^^^;   ↓I quoted from the following. Sake is made by squeezing the must (mustard) and separating it into sake and sake lees. During this process, freshly-squeezed sake is bottled on the spot, which is called "jogomi". It is also called "Funabagumi". Sake is a delicate sake that oxidizes and changes in flavour when exposed to air. The process of bottling freshly-squeezed sake is time-consuming and takes a lot of time and effort to bottle freshly-squeezed sake in order to keep it out of the air as much as possible. For this reason, sake labeled as "directly pumped" often has a fresh taste that can only be enjoyed at the brewery. The scent stands out so well! The acidity, bitterness, and umami are well balanced in the mouth, and the aftertaste is also well balanced. Personal Rating...8/10

cold I also drank two types of moon hiyaoroshi after the rain. After opening the bottle, the taste and aroma of the rice was a little too fresh, and the mouthfeel was very sharp.
