The yeast makes it look pink.
The taste is astringent and acidic, and the rice flavor and sweetness are hard to detect... It has a dry mouthfeel that doesn't feel like sake.
If served with rosé champagne or sparkling wine, you might not even know it was sake⁉😅.
I'd rather drink it cold.
I think it's easier to drink when it's not too cold.
