cold Yamadanishiki 20%. Sassafras 80%. I thought it was the beginning of a heroic drinking spree. The end of the drink is not overly assertive, with a feminine, hair-raising rice scent that seems to cuddle up... I felt like there were two sides to it. Personal Rating....7/10

Habit...strong★☆☆☆☆ weak No choice of snacks Bitterness... strong *☆☆☆☆ weak Slightly as it approaches room temperature Sweetness...weak ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strong aftertaste of rice Lingering... short ★★★★ ☆ long A sensation proportional to the number of times you carry it to your mouth I liked it better at a later date than right after opening the bottle, as the curd was a bit more removed.
