Today was the third consecutive junmai ginjo unfiltered raw sake (lol).
Shinshu Kamerei is another sake I've always wanted to drink, and it was juicy!
Nagano's sake is delicious!
This is a rare sake.
Little fragrance, but fruity.
No sourness or pungency... it's hard to describe, but it's so delicious and perfect!
The "butterbur sprout miso" that the proprietress gave me as a service goes great with it!
Immediately after opening the bottle, it seemed dry and clean with little aroma, but as the day went on, the mellowness and deep rice sweetness became apparent. I am drinking it little by little.
