There is no picture of the front ↓. Kyoto's Ginshari. I found it by chance at a souvenir store in Kyoto station. It's a top-shelf version of Kaze no Mori for me, with a sweet-sweet taste that starts out as a shwashuwa and finishes with just the right amount of sake. The fact that it doesn't deteriorate that much even after a few days is also appealing. It's one of the four heavenly kings of cosmetics. 4.4

Upgraded version of Machida. It's like a superior version of the usual Machida, but without the messy taste and with the sweetness of a Junmai Daiginjo! There's not much to say about it, but if I had to say, the Machida characteristics are gone, and it's a very sweet and tasty sake. ⭐︎4.1

This is the only way to go in winter. It is the king of nigori. It has the aroma, the flavor, the fizz, and all the other flavors I love! The aftertaste is so refreshing that I wondered if it was really sake... I was told that connoisseurs drink nigori without first mixing it, so I took my first sip (= half a cup) without mixing it. It's clean and clear! But I think the aroma and flavor are better when it's mixed. Aquarius for adults (I feel like the more I drink, the more energetic I become!) I'm not sure what to make of it. 4.3 (I'm thinking of 4.5, the highest score I know of)

I bought it at a sake brewery on Kitaro Road, a shopping street in Sakaiminato. I didn't think Tottori was associated with sake, but... It's so flash! The kind that makes you jump! It's not sake at all. But the taste is strong, and it's like Junmai Ginjo! It became a memorable item. I saw it on sale in Senri Chuo later... lol. ⭐︎3.9 (memories included)

Ottersai is as good as it gets. It has a good balance of the five flavors and tastes like a sake. It's also very cosy. However, the characteristics are a little thin... The number of stores that carry it is increasing, and it's a good sake to buy right away! 3.8

If it says "Miyamanishiki brewed", "Tokujun" and "Akita", I have to buy it! So I bought it. It has a nice aroma, but it's not overpowering, so it doesn't interfere with food. The sake degree is +3.0, the acidity is 1.5, and the amino acid is 1.1. "A refreshing aroma" is true, and the characteristics of Miyamanishiki can be felt. It may be able to "express the five tastes of sweet, sour, spicy, bitter, astringent, umami, and full-bodied", but it has few sharp characteristics, so it may be difficult for a middle-aged person (37 years old) to remember. It is an ordinary sake, but it is a special junmai-shu with the characteristics of Miyamanishiki. 3.4.

I finally got my wish, the popular Sai Rai in Saitama! The aroma is gorgeous, the intensity is medium, the moment you put it in your mouth, it's sweet and delicious! Full flavor and aroma! The aroma is gorgeous and medium in intensity. "The harmony created by the graceful ginjo aroma, the sweetness of the rice, and the elegant acidity is just right. I'd give it a 4.0. Saitama's second place is decided (I've only drunk Hanayoi, but lol). (I've only had Hanayo-yoku, but lol.) By the way, Sairai is ranked third in the sake ranking, and I'm curious about the sake Kamikame that came in second!
