If it says "Miyamanishiki brewed", "Tokujun" and "Akita", I have to buy it! So I bought it. It has a nice aroma, but it's not overpowering, so it doesn't interfere with food. The sake degree is +3.0, the acidity is 1.5, and the amino acid is 1.1. "A refreshing aroma" is true, and the characteristics of Miyamanishiki can be felt. It may be able to "express the five tastes of sweet, sour, spicy, bitter, astringent, umami, and full-bodied", but it has few sharp characteristics, so it may be difficult for a middle-aged person (37 years old) to remember. It is an ordinary sake, but it is a special junmai-shu with the characteristics of Miyamanishiki.
