The joy of every spring, Harukoi. The "muddy" taste of the sake is a favorite of mine. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink.

I have always wanted to try Kurei. The label was very juicy. The rice used is Tosa Rei, which is a clear and beautiful sake, but at first I could not get used to the aroma, and it was not very juicy, and I felt the acidity was rather strong. The sake level of -4 seems suspiciously low.
However, as it warms up to room temperature, the aroma settles down and the sweetness increases. It's not just a matter of chilling it. It is delicious.
