disry
I found out it was on sale while I was traveling overseas, and I really wanted to drink it, so I ordered it online and got it. I had to order it online because Yoshida Kurau's kijo sake has always been very tasty...
I took a sip and grinned at the taste..!
The aroma is gorgeous, lactic, muscat, cemedine, and very nice. It is even better that there is a strong sense of gas.
The sweetness is a characteristic of Yoshida Kurau, even though it is a noble sake. It is easy to drink. On the other hand, it has a stronger acidity than the normal Yoshidagurau, so you can drink it without getting bored.
The acidity is followed by a strong acidity, and the finish is a strong umami flavor.
Yoshidagurau has the image of being gentle and cozy, while kijoshu is aggressive and aggressive. But it is not sweet and dry like ordinary kijo-zake, which is wonderful!
Please release more next season!
