Summer is finally over. I can finally open the sparklers.
The scent is mild citrus and cemedine. My favorite scent. No gassy feeling.
The sweetness is assorted and the acidity is refreshing. It is very crisp and fits perfectly with today's snack, "Hamo no Ochiri" (30% discount!). It is perfect for today's snack, "Hamo no Ochiri" (30% discount!).
It has a nice sharpness and a short aftertaste.
I'm so happy to be able to feel the season with sake. It's easy to drink, the food is delicious, and there's nothing to say about it. ‼️
