I haven't had tazake since a trip to Aomori!
The waitress explained that they have recently made it slightly sparkling for young people.
It has a little sweetness at first, but the aftertaste is refreshing!
We enjoyed it at a soba (buckwheat noodle) restaurant we had been curious about!

Went to soba noodles restaurant in Ebisu with my friend.
Kido Junmai Ginjo.
It is freshly pressed, so it is fresh.
It starts off sweet for a Kido.
Soon the acidity spreads and it is refreshing.
It is an autumn sake with a delicious flavor only from Gohyakumangoku.
Beer → Kido → Isshaku Suisei → Bakuren → Kido.
It was delicious with soba noodles.

Good morning, Chichi!
We only had 4 kinds of sake.
The 4th kind was alsobe brewed, so I went back to Kido.
There aren't many places that have as much variety as Hakata 😢.
