Tsururei no Yukimuro ⛄ Snow chamber sake has an expensive image (Hakkaisan), but this sake is affordable at a standard price: ☺️ I have an image that Tsururei was very tasty in Niigata, so I bought it again 🍶. Sentoku🦌. This store is in Miyazaki Prefecture, not Nara Prefecture🤭. You can only find Miyazaki sake in the Shinjuku antenna shop😥. And then I parade around Shinjuku for an hour lost in the Shinjuku antenna store 🚶. And for some reason, a young girl was standing at the far end of the huge queue 🍶. Of course I was the only one looking for sake 🤣. I didn't expect it to be so good 😂. Dry and sharp, with a sweet rice taste on the palate and a nice crisp finish 😋. This is totally good as a sake 😊. 1,500 yen]

Completely bought the jackets😂. Too cute ❤️ It's like a sake version of Mitsuya Cider ☺️ Made with white malted rice, it has a citric acidic, refreshing and clean taste. The fine bubbles make it more refreshing to enjoy. The label is encrusted with the Tasake logo and dressed like a luxury brand. Sake made from 100% Kagawa rice "Oceto". In Kagawa, it is readily available at supermarkets. Slightly unobtrusive acidity and sweetness. It is interesting that it has a completely different taste from Kinryo.

I like Houou Mida so much I almost bought the jackets. The rice used for this sake, Sake Mirai, was developed over a period of 18 years by the Takagi Sake Brewery in Yamagata Prefecture, the brewer of the very famous sake "Jyushiyo". It is named in the hope that sake will continue to develop forever and that brewers of the future will engage in friendly competition and shine. The acidity and sweetness come on strong and crisp, but quickly disappear. It is not a summer sake, yet it has a refreshing taste. 1,800 yen

Sake made from high quality "Gohyakumangoku" sake rice (special grade rice) polished to 50% and carefully finished with a small amount of brewing and low-temperature fermentation. A little over my budget, but I bought it with high expectations. The first impact is a little like Otters! The fruity sweetness spreads quickly and disappears quickly. The sake that should have disappeared lingers in the throat as sake aroma. The No. was set to "357" in odd-numbered sequence. This sake is as good as Otters.
