Sake made by bottling only the middle portion (chutori), which is considered the most delicious part of the sake when it is pressed. Only the "Nakadori" portion, which is considered to be well-balanced, is bottled from the sake that flows out of the unrefined sake after pressing. It has a well-balanced taste of sweetness and acidity along with a refreshing gaseous sensation, which is the charm of Kagaku-Masamune. Sake that is easy to drink with its clean sweetness and clear, refreshing acidity. Gubigubi delicious type 😋.

1,300 yen Gikyo is known for its Yamadanishiki, but this one uses Gohyakumangoku rice produced by a passionate farmer in the Nanto region of Toyama Prefecture. What a taste I have never had before. Melon aroma? Lemon? It doesn't come with a bang, but it has a strong flavor and is very easy to drink. There is little sweetness from the rice, and it is light.

The acidity and the 19% original sake are powerful yet elegant 😋 and the aftertaste is very crisp. The aftertaste is also very sharp and I still like it. ❤️

First hot sake since I started obsessing over sake. Purchased kanmakase and chose sake that goes well with hot sake I bought a bottle of sake for the first time! The aroma and mouth feel is totally different! Since I have to drink it in small doses, the amount of sake in a bottle is very slow and economical 😂.

Tsururei no Yukimuro ⛄ Snow chamber sake has an expensive image (Hakkaisan), but this sake is affordable at a standard price: ☺️ I have an image that Tsururei was very tasty in Niigata, so I bought it again 🍶. The taste is refreshing, with a hint of sweetness and a nice sharpness 😋. This one is now a definite favorite 😂. 1,450 yen]
