Following Eikofuji's summer sake "Nanasei" and "SHOOTING STAR", the third edition is "HOSHI MATSURI"! This is an unfiltered, unpasteurized Junmai Daiginjo brewed with Manamusume, an edible rice produced in Miyagi Prefecture. Like a sweet oyster ice clear syrup.

Enasan Sake Brewery Located in the middle of Nakatsugawa's inn town. There is no direct pumping or anything like that, but you can take a little tour inside. Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol: 15 degrees Celsius Junmai Ginjo of Yamadanishiki Slightly sweet and pleasant on the palate It has a clear and crisp taste. I like it very much.
