Following Eikofuji's summer sake "Nanasei" and "SHOOTING STAR", the third edition is "HOSHI MATSURI"!
This is an unfiltered, unpasteurized Junmai Daiginjo brewed with Manamusume, an edible rice produced in Miyagi Prefecture.
Like a sweet oyster ice clear syrup.
It hasn't been cold this year, so there haven't been many opportunities for hot sake: ♨️
I took the opportunity to get the Hikoson out and heat it up 🍶.
The sake spread on the palate and was very tasty 🤤.
I couldn't stop and soon ran out of sake 😂.
Packed in April of '15
Slightly ginjo aroma
A hint of sweetness
Delicious without any peculiarities
The cup is better than the bottle.
Cheaper than a bottle and easier to drink.
Enasan Sake Brewery
Located in the middle of Nakatsugawa's inn town.
There is no direct pumping or anything like that, but you can take a little tour inside.
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol: 15 degrees Celsius
Junmai Ginjo of Yamadanishiki
Slightly sweet and pleasant on the palate
It has a clear and crisp taste.
I like it very much.
Not at all what I imagined 🍾.
I thought it would be more trendy and refreshing, but it has a strong sweet and sour taste that lingers for a long time.
The sharpness is good.
I got this as a New Year's gift 😋.
I like this sake the best 🍶.
The clarity and clean sweetness of the rice 🌾 and the taste is great 😊.
The aftertaste is great😊.
So refreshing!
It's still delicious!
Just the right amount of acidity and a lingering, refreshing aftertaste
Cheap and great!
I would buy it if I see it!
Among Hououmida's new sake, this junmai ginjo sake has a ginjo aroma based on a touch of muscat, overlaid with the freshness of new sake, fresh aroma reminiscent of green apples and berries, juicy acidity, and other colors.
I was relieved when I opened one and it didn't shriek, but then it shrieked and it was dangerous.
I remember because it exploded once 😆.
Sweet calpis soda is delicious 😋.
