. A gem that had been sitting in the fridge for a while😊. We had it for 3 consecutive holidays! The aroma is fluffy, fresh and refreshing banana! The taste is juicy and juicy, like a pineapple. . Since the kids are away at camp, Drinking with hubby with great joy 😆. Chose Dawn Front from the Dry Taste! The best sake rice Yamadanishiki special rice is used! It's refreshing and has a nice sharp taste 😊. What a surprise, this Kinuka is said to be 3 times more effective in moisturizing the skin than ordinary sake! I was astonished when I saw it on the pre-dawn website... I'll have to buy some next time for drinking at home😱.

. Took the day off today and went to the school in the morning to pick up my child's potted eggplant plant, (Parents must take them home...) Then, I ended up sneaking home to work... I decided I had to drink sake, since I was going to be there, So, I decided to go to a nearby restaurant where I could drink sake... I went to a restaurant in the neighborhood and had a glass of Hachikaizan Uonuma, which is apparently only available at restaurants! The aroma is a mixture of red grape sweetness and sourness. The taste is easy to drink, with a good balance of sweetness and bitterness 😊. I'm missing Niigata a little bit, as I'm always looking for Niigata brands!

I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Last month, my husband bought a bottle of Houou Mita at Hasegawa Sake Shop while he stopped by Tokyo Station 😊. Thank you very much! It has a juicy, sharp and gassy taste! As expected, delicious! After about 2 weeks, the sweetness and flavor are concentrated, and it tastes mellow, easy to drink, and different again! Recently, I have a habit of getting drunk and falling asleep for an hour 💤.

I'm going to have a lunch meeting with my classmates. Usual lunch meeting with classmates. This restaurant has a nice selection of sake 🤲. We will have it during the day! Asked for a refreshing summer brand, I decided to go with Koei Kiku 😊. The aroma is fruity and soothing... The taste is fruity and soothing 🌸. Delicious, it was my favorite taste! Sake in summer is nice and cool in the sun!

Purchased at a nearby Kakuyas that I casually entered. Small size to fit in my bag on my way home from work👌. One of my co-workers from Gunma recommended Akagisan and Mizubasho as sake brands, which I had been wanting to try! The taste has a fresh aroma, sweetness, and a smooth finish. I've been drinking a lot of gassy sake at home lately, but this was a legitimate sake that goes well with food 😊🍶.

Actually, I have a cough from my child, I thought it was just a cold, but it seems to be whooping cough... It's stronger than the mycoplasma I had last year... Please be careful everyone! I'll take it with all my heart, as sake is the best of all medicines 😊! My sense of smell and taste are a little diminished, but... The aroma is fresh and fruity, and for some reason, strawberry shortcake comes to mind? The taste is sweet and sizzling, just the way I like it 👌. Juicy sweetness, deep bitterness, and a sharp gasiness. It is very refreshing and tastes good. The zucchini tempura as a side dish was a hit!

. Welcome, newcomers to the company 🌸 So, a welcome party for new graduates who were assigned in May. As the organizer of the party, we decided to go to an izakaya (Japanese-style pub) with oden, which I had been to about 15 years ago. There's only one type of sake for all-you-can-drink, but I asked for an extra order. My first Jikin! We all toasted together! The aroma is refreshing! The taste is smooth, with just the right amount of sweetness and sourness from the rice. It went well with the oden soup stock 😊.

I brought them my first "Saku", which I kept perfectly chilled in the fridge at work: ❗️ I can work hard to drink it... Tears! My in-laws are both really good with all kinds of alcohol... They didn't change their color and told me that I wouldn't feel like I drank a four-pack in no time. 🙇‍♀️ We all opened the bottle together! The aroma is elegant and gorgeous. The color is clear and colorless. Taste, What is this gentle sweetness? After entering the mouth, a gentle honey-like sweetness of fruit spreads in the mouth. . Niigata Sake No.3 (last) A bottle of "Senki no Ippon" (a bottle of sake for a special occasion) received as a souvenir from Niigata. It is named after the head brewer of the Shirotaki Sake Brewery in Kouzenjosui. The color is clear and colorless. The aroma is full of fruity melon! The taste is a concentrated sweetness of rice, The taste is sweet, but not cloying at all, The taste is sweet and sweet, but not cloying at all. It was an authentic sake that hit you right in the throat 😊. The rice polishing ratio is 35%.... I am not sure if this is why it has this aroma and sweetness 🤲.

. Niigata Sake Part 2! Yuki no Mayu I wanted to drink. This was the first time for me to go back to Niigata by myself! I met up with my husband and kids the next day and we went to my parents' house together. I stayed at a hotel directly connected to the station that day, so I didn't feel like I was stretching my wings too much 🤣. I really appreciate my husband🙏. (Although, I got a taste of it, so I hope I can do so again next time) I was able to buy it at the downstairs Ponshukan and taste it in the comfort of my room. The aroma is elegant and understated pear. Thin white like snow, fruity and sweet. When you drink it, you can feel the gaseous sensation that passes through your nose. Well, you may get an image of it melting like a cocoon. It was my favorite taste 😊.

Back home to Niigata in GW With 3 friends from junior high and high school at Ika no Sumi Ekiminami Keyakidori 😊. We had a hard time deciding which sake to order, but we decided to go with Takachiyo! How did it taste? Yes, it was sweet and delicious! It tastes like grapes or grape grapes, juicy, with a slightly bitter and sour taste! Accompanied by Niigata's specialty, Tochio fried bean curd! We chose natto (fermented soybeans), which is a major snack here 👌.

Previous Continued "Tenbi in early summer is ready." I went back two days later and to my surprise, there was a whole other kind called Hotaru-ten 😊. Sake is a great way to enjoy the flavors and aromas of the different seasons, and once again, it's amazing! And lucky for us, we were just about to run out of bottles, The waitress made a nice suggestion 💓 that since we were just about to run out of bottles, we would split the bottles by opening the bottom and the top of the bottle. I was so thankful to have it! First, the opening! Fresh and gassy, with a pleasant tingling sensation in the mouth! The fruity aroma carries through to the nose while drinking! This is certainly perfect for early summer! Next, the bottom of the bottle Totally different! It's almost like it's something else. The gassiness has calmed down and the sweetness and bittersweet flavor are concentrated! Both are delicious! This drinking comparison is addicting 😊.

I realized in front of the store... Oh, I forgot my phone! I can't take a picture, and ordering is by QR code. I couldn't go back home, so I told the waitress that I forgot my phone and she lent me the store's tablet 👌. I ordered a Junmai Daiginjo from Amami. It's still delicious, right on the money! The sweetness and a little sourness spread on the palate along with a gassy feeling! It's a stable taste! I wish I could drink different kinds of Amami! I was allowed to take this picture two days later, just as I was on my way back to my hometown 🙏. And then I was sucked into the tasting room...
