Bring Your Own Drink (2)
This time it was Satsushu Masamune, following Tenpyo two years ago, from Kagoshima!
He brought two bottles of junmai (pure rice) and junmai ginjo (junmai ginjo).
Both had sweetness and umami, and were easy to drink with little throat irritation 😋.
I think I prefer the Junmai one because it is lighter.

I've only seen it in Kagoshima and I'm from there 😙.
