ITTEKI (ICHI-GURUENE) JYUWARI KOJI SHU vol.0-3 HAKUYOYA
I had a cup of "ITTEKI (Ichigure)"!
Aroma like lactic acid bacteria, or perhaps a pilchard!
It has a full-bodied sweetness and a little sourness.
It seems to be rich in amino acids, and you can taste that flavor when you drink it.
It was delicious too😊.
