My favorite sake next to Tenmei.
I've been looking at this one since I bought it, and finally opened it.
The aroma is good and the taste is well balanced.
It has a fruity but rich aroma. I've been drinking a lot of new sake lately, so this hiyaoroshi sake has a nice aged feel to it. It's like a kind teacher (art teacher) with a nice smile. by the neighbor's wife
