I got this sake at a liquor store near Kanazawa station.
Because it is a new sake, I opened a bottle on the Shinkansen between Kanazawa and Tokyo before it got warmed up by traveling. LOL!
It's almost a jacket buy, but it was a hit❗️.
It is very easy to drink and has a good mouthfeel.
The wine is gorgeous and fruity, with a balance of sweetness and acidity, and a lasting strength and aroma. Not bad at all. by the neighbor's wife
