I opened a bottle of this year's spring sake for cherry blossom viewing. I bought a bottle of one of the sake I drank in Fukui that left an impression on me at an antenna shop. It's a light and sweet sake, and it's quite delicious!
It was recommended to me at a local sake shop in Nasu with these specs. The mouthfeel is fruity and slightly fizzy, and it's refreshing, but it tastes great and is quite a hit!
It's surprisingly quiet, but I feel it's delicately made. It's supposed to be a sipper, but you can enjoy it on its own when it gets up to room temperature.
The aroma is gorgeous, but it's light and dry, and frankly, I can't say it's good enough to drink on its own. The impression of specifications. On a quest for a good drinking marriage.
