The first time the lid flew up to the ceiling on a sake that told me to be careful opening the bottle lol. Since the lid flies off so much, I can feel the shrieking gasiness and the bittersweet sourness comes, like grapefruit. Too easy to drink, it's gone too soon~!

My father bought this Nabeshima for me. It's a classic wine, clean but with a good umami flavor. It seems to be easy to match with meals.

When opened, the bottle has a gaseous feel and a fresh aroma. Elegant sweetness, light acidity and slight bitterness. Overall clear and refreshing. Yum!

First birth soil! I peeled off the sticker before taking a picture, I did it! It was the most popping sound I've ever heard when opening a bottle! Very gassy. It was sweet, fresh acidity, delicious!

Tsukishita Muyo Mouthfeel is like Koei Chrysanthemum, but after that it is quite refreshing After the second day, I could feel the sweetness.
