Shinsei Yonotori
Thankfully, Yonotori has a good connection
This lot was very sweet. Maybe the best I've ever had.
Still, it was tasty without being too unctuous.
This is the Discovery Series of Chrysanthemums.
There are 4 kinds, but I like blue, so I bought this one.
After all, Kangiku is delicious!
(I'm late to post, I can't write the details of the taste...)
I want to try all of them!
This is Sake Mirai from Kakifuda Sake.
The sake made with Sake Mirai is really beautiful!
It is very satisfying and leaves you with a lingering aftertaste!
first piece of shogi played at the tournament
Very beautiful sake.
Comes in easily and without resistance.
It is a refreshing sake and went well with sashimi.
First Shinshu Kamerei
Beautiful and elegant taste.
It has a nice sharpness, so I think it will go well with a meal.
I'd like to try others, but it's hard to say...
This is my first Nabeshima MOON series!
I finally got to drink it!
The aroma is so nice, fresh and sweet!
And a very gentle umami!
The sharpness is also very good, so the aftertaste is very refreshing!
Strong gassy sensation from the fresh aroma.
Tastes like grapefruit.
The overall feeling is cool and refreshing, so it can be enjoyed very much in summer!
A bottle I picked up on a whim at a liquor store.
It has a rich aroma with a slight effervescence, typical of Kaze no Mori.
It has a complex flavor, with five different kinds of microorganisms.
True Red also opened
Compared to White, the gasiness is totally different.
The sweetness is also fully felt.
Silky when mixed with a little bit of cork.
Personally, I prefer Red.
I got "Kabutomushi", which I drank at an izakaya last year and got swamped with sake.
It's still delicious...
It soaks in the hot weather...
It was a lemon squash for adults!
As soon as the bottle is opened, there is a sweet aroma.
The sweetness spreads in the mouth as expected from the aroma.
The aftertaste goes down smoothly, so be careful not to drink too much!
I also got a bottle of True Red, so I am looking forward to comparing the two!
