The owner of the liquor store recommended this Koei Chrysanthemum to me to try. Day 1. Slightly effervescent, with a strong alcoholic aroma. Refreshing in the mouth, with a strong acidity. The sweetness is also strong. This is a new type of sake that I have never tasted before! Day 2. The foam is gone and the aroma is less alcoholic. The sweetness is a little more pronounced, though.
