I've been drinking too much lately, so tonight I'm going to enjoy a light 8 degrees ABV sake. The fact that it is made with deep seawater from the Muroto Sea is also good for one's health.

According to Kameizumi Shuzo's twitter page, "It all started more than 20 years ago, when we took an interesting sake to a pub in Tokyo, and the clerk wrote the ingredients label by hand. I wondered if it had always been written in this style. I wonder if it has been written in this style from the beginning. I wonder why the "alcohol content" has been reduced.

I want to increase the pace of fresh sake consumption 😂.
Pineapple aroma as they say. I'm assuming there's pineapple behind the melon, but it's a pineapple flavor with a melon leaning. Super clear alcohol that goes away in a sputter. Rumored to be sweet but not too sweet, no bitterness or sourness.
I like it a lot because of the ease of accessibility, although it is a Ji-Gon so I want the Ji-Gon flavor and pleasant bitterness. It's delicious😋
