Okyaku" is a Kochi dialect word meaning "banquet. Therefore, it is a sake for banquets.
Yuzu Sake
Slight aroma of yuzu, smooth attack. Slightly sweet, slightly refreshing. It goes in smoothly and leaves a lingering aftertaste in the throat.
I've been drinking too much lately, so tonight I'm going to enjoy a light 8 degrees ABV sake. The fact that it is made with deep seawater from the Muroto Sea is also good for one's health.

Pineapple aroma as they say. I'm assuming there's pineapple behind the melon, but it's a pineapple flavor with a melon leaning. Super clear alcohol that goes away in a sputter. Rumored to be sweet but not too sweet, no bitterness or sourness.
I like it a lot because of the ease of accessibility, although it is a Ji-Gon so I want the Ji-Gon flavor and pleasant bitterness. It's delicious😋
