Cold. Little aroma. Slight foaming. In one sip, I felt umami, acidity, sweetness, fruitiness, wasanbon-ness, and spiciness all before passing. None of them stood out, but all were very natural. It was a new sensation for me. The Spanish mackerel tataki, potatoes and iburi gakko are not bad either. The price is also cheap. The price was cheap. Lucky!
