It's been about two weeks since I opened the bottle. The sweetness thickened and became spicy, so I heated it up. It was a good decision. The sweetness, which had been harsh in the cold, mellowed out, and I was enveloped in a gentle apple aroma and flavor. I served it with grilled yellowtail, which is less fatty, and soy sauce-soaked yams from the Kurokawa hot springs. Too good. Yay!
