I had it last year at a kuzushi kappo restaurant in Fukui Prefecture.
The aftertaste of rice filled my mouth with a flavor that I had never tasted before! It was like a rice-azi juice! I was really surprised! I was so impressed with the taste!
When I ordered it and drank it, it wasn't rice juice... it was just plain delicious.
