I felt a little fruitiness, but it was easy to drink (vague memory).
I think I liked the Seikagami the best out of the many I drank, which I bought more at the end 🤔.

I've had a lot of Houraisen, but this is the first time I've had it!
I must say, I've never had it before!
First sip impression, too easy to drink? I think so 🤤.
The aroma is fruity? I thought it was, but the feeling in the mouth is one that doesn't make a statement.
After finishing it, there is a fruity aftertaste in the mouth, but it disappears quickly.

I have been dreaming of this day! I'm so emotional 🥹.
At my favorite liquor store these days, of course!
They let me know on social media that it was in stock and I went there after work💪.
I immediately opened the bottle 🍶.
Amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
I found it to be thicker and sweeter than regular Sora.
But the aftertaste is clean and a hint of sweetness remains.
I guess I'm the kind of person who drinks too much.
But since it's a fresh sake, I'd like to let it grow slowly and carefully.

I was just going in with a "hey, boss" feeling (this is my 3rd visit to the restaurant ⚠), but there was a guy I've never met before 😃.

船中八策…初めて聞いた😃と言ったら旦那(歴史特に戦国オタク)に坂本龍馬が〜とウンチクが始まり歴史は平均点取るのが精一杯だった私は右から左へ受け流す〜🙂
超辛口！でもきめ細かでまろやか…の売り文句にやられて購入
『オススメぬる燗』って書いてあった(気がする)のでひとまず常温で
どれほど辛口かと思ったけども、けっこう甘く感じる🤔
飲みやすくフルーティな印象でも辛口…なのか？
後味もしっかりめ

I could see the sake bottles but couldn't make out the brand name...
It looked like a big ◇-like pattern on a blue label... but I don't know what it was...
The sake itself had a fruity flavor, due to the inclusion of peaches and shiso leaves!
The strength seemed low. I could drink it in one gulp, but it seemed to be a very typical sake.

I found this when I was shopping for a cup of sake at a liquor store.
I bought a red one and a black one and started with the black one that said "fruity" for now.
Impression
The aroma is fruity, but the taste is not strong.
It was my first time to drink Gekkeikan, so I can't compare, but I found it easy to drink 😋.
It might be good for everyday drinking.

Early last month, I went to the Ume Festival for a tipsy night.

It was just a little astringent when I opened it. Bitterness? A bit bitter? I laughed at it because it was like apple juice.

I was really curious about this one.
I found a trial size on sale at a supermarket I frequent 🍶.
The pop-up label said "Slightly Dry".
I like it cold, so I didn't look closely and put it in the fridge without thinking, but it said 'chilled'!
Drink it.
It has a lot of flavor, but it goes down your throat so smoothly!
Slightly aromatic, the taste lingers, but it's sharp.
I like it!
I think I may be getting closer to my ideal 😋.

I bought it because it was on sale at a little upscale supermarket that I don't usually go to.
It was a Japanese wine and the introduction was written on the store's popup.
The wine was cloudy at the bottom, so I only took the first sip of the top...

It's only 5%, so it's a juice!
My first impression was the same as a certain blue bottle of sparkling sake with a single kanji character that I drank the other day!
Then, as the bottle says, I slowly turned the bottle upside down three times to let the muddiness spread.
Sake-like bitterness is added just a little bit.
The nigori sake's unique egomimi? Aroma? I can drink it without worrying about it, even though I'm not good at that.

I really like the color of the label.
I was excited to see the cherry blossoms on the stopper!
When I opened the bottle, I was so excited to see a light spray from the cork!
The taste is a little fizzy, but not too much.
The taste is sour and bitter? There is a sweetness in the back, which I have never felt before.

Following yesterday, tonight we have the black label Yamahai 🍶.
It was totally different!
I could feel the acidity and the taste was more subdued in this one.
The aroma is like the Kayasha of snow (or so I thought).
It's hard to say which one I like better,
This one is for enjoying sake, and yesterday's Junmai Ginjo is for drinking with a meal.
I was so excited to find a snowflake on the label that floats in the light!
