At the Autumn Sake Festival hosted by ZIP-FM. (1) The first drink. Umeshu (plum wine)! I thought it was plum wine, but it was sake. I thought I was asking for plum wine, but I pointed to the plum wine, completed the order, had my picture taken, and drank it. I was still sober at that time, wasn't I? 🫠() At any rate, it has a great plum wine feel. (preconceived notion?). But it's not sweet sake, it's beyond fruity, it's plum wine()It's a strange taste and it was delicious✨. Just between you and me 🍶. I had so much fun at the sake festival in July that I went again this time 💪. I had so much fun at the Sake Fest I went to in July that I went to this one too 💪 This time there were a few of my favorite breweries there too! I'll be sure to look back on each day one by one✨

㊗️ Sake Day 🎉 I just recently found out that it's Sake Day, but since I'm here, I opened a bottle. I saw this bottle at Sake-no-wa and wanted to try it. There are black and white, and I was inspired by the white one. The first sip was soft! The sweet fruit spreads with a soft bitterness, and then it finishes softly... a strange sensation. Hard to describe but delicious! 👏

I went on a trip to Saitama the other day, but came home without being able to buy any of the local sake I was after there. I was so frustrated that I wet my pillow! I didn't expect to be able to buy one in the prefecture! I immediately opened the bottle. A bit of a sizzle. The gorgeous sweetness spreads and disappears in a flash! This is a delicious one 😋. It's a dangerous sake that goes down so easily. Postscript✍(10/04) It has been 12 days since the bottle was opened. It's all rounded and delicious! I don't even feel alcohol in this one, but there is sweetness and a little bitterness in the back. Might be good to drink it all today and tomorrow.

One bottle I went to buy as soon as I saw a post on my regular liquor store's Instagram about it coming in 🍶. I opened the bottle immediately! It tastes like a bit of sourness at the beginning, and then it has a great sharpness! I found myself drinking too much of it: ☺️ It is totally different from the usual Shikishima. Delicious! Just between you and me🍶. It's autumn, the first autumn since I got into the sake swamp. It's hiyaoroshi season. It's fun to see the different faces of each season! Postscript (09/25)✍. After 2 weeks, the acidity has rounded out. It's sharp, but there's also a bit of a lingering aftertaste. I think I like this one better!

The Kinshachi! The taste of 🤔. It has a peculiar taste. Easy to drink but tastes nostalgic (I think). The label is very Nagoya-like and easy to introduce.

I'm having my second cup of coffee today 🍶. I knew of Nakao Brewery because I love Seikagami, but where else would I find it? I was pleasantly surprised to find it in a local supermarket ✨. I almost screamed and quietly put it in my basket as an adult! Today's bottle was opened 👏. Delicious! It has a quirky mouthfeel with a nice sharpness. I like it.

It's been a while since I've posted a sakéwa post 🥹. I went to my usual liquor store to get some and found a Houraizumi I'd never seen before! I bought this one. I think it's a gattun type. But the aroma and taste are both very stable. 4 gou bottles, 1,475 yen Just a small story here 🍶. I've been traveling and drinking a lot of sake, and I've been drinking a lot of sours, but sake is still delicious!

I visited Sake Sento Horiichi for the first time after stretching my legs during the recent Sake Fest! It's like a sake theme park! I was so happy to see such a wide selection of sake that I was able to carefully select a bottle I wanted to buy 👏. I opened the bottle to see what the 80% polished rice ratio of Omachi, which I am somewhat familiar with, tasted like! It's like Kaze no Mori. At the moment of drinking, I thought it was sweet! but there is a bitterness as well. but it disappears quickly and strangely. It's delicious! I love the complex flavor! I love it! By the way 🍶. Sake Sento Horikazu I went there by train for some reason, but I thought it might be better to go by car on the assumption that I have a lot of sake to buy and more luggage to carry... 💁‍♀️

It's been a while 🙇‍♀️ Actually, as I've mentioned here and there on Instagram, along with some time-lag posts... I've been suffering from a severe cold since last week. I'm alive, but my nose was fat, so I had to stop drinking🤧. I finally got over my nose, so I celebrated my recovery with a cup of sake I had bought 🍶. I chose Junmai sake out of the many sake cups at the supermarket. It's easy to drink despite the convenience of a cup of sake, a bit of bitterness lingers from the asari mouthfeel 🤔. The big poof impression is neither good nor bad, but I like that it's also easy. It ranks quite high as a cup sake! Good for a quick drink 👏.

Sakae Sake Square ⑦th (last!) drink Slightly sparkling, a little bit peculiar. Personally, it was perfect for the end of the day 👏. I thought I could drink more 💪, but the alcohol had already gone down quite a bit, so I had to leave the party in tears. It's an event until you get home safely. After returning home, I was curious to find out how much was in a cup of sake. I measured it while washing my hands and found it to be 80ml... I drank 80ml x 2 cups at YATA before the event... So, total of 80ml x 9 cups... Events are scary🤗()

Sakae Sake Square (6) cup I bought some Taraba with Waragamizu and drank it again 🍶. The mouthfeel is firm, but it's very smooth. Delicious. You can drink it in small sips. It was fun to see so many people enjoying themselves in the venue 🎶. There were soloists just like me, people in groups, a wide range of ages, men and women of all ages! Everyone is my friend! I was so happy to be a part of this group 😊.

Sakae Sake Square (5) Cup This sake seems to be familiar to me. It is said to be aged for 3 years. The sake! The impression of the sake is clean and crisp. Delicious. Sad news here! I don't have enough water to drink... I want to go pick flowers... So, I went to the restroom and took a break to refill water when I ran out of coins.

Sakae Sake Square (3) Cup My main choice at Naito Brewery was "Momogenkyo" (I was in love with the name and wanted to drink it at any cost, but they were sold out 🥹! ), but they were sold out 🥹. I was disappointed that they didn't have it, but the staff at Naito Brewery recommended it to me and I drank it. I was so disappointed that they didn't have it, but the staff at Naito Brewery recommended it to me. It's too good! I heard they use ginkgo yeast, so it's beyond fruity, it's more like juice! I was howling because it was so delicious! This is something I will buy again 💪.

Sakae Sake Square (2) Cups It had a strong sake-like mouthfeel, but with a refreshing aftertaste. I remember it being delicious! The starter set included a bottle of Turmeric Power and an extra bottle of Chilled Pita. I missed the timing to drink the Turmeric Power and drank it after I got home. It was too hot to use the cold pita, so I put it on the back of my neck to make myself comfortable ✨.

Yesterday. After YATA, I went solo to a sake event in Nagoya called Sakae Sake Square with a twilight starter ticket for 3pm entry 🍶. I wasn't allowed to take pictures of many of the sake labels, so here are some pictures I took during the event 🙏. First was Sekiya, which I'm used to drinking! A summery raw sake! The first one is a summery draft sake! It was as refreshing as it was introduced! It has a familiar Houraisen taste. Sekiya's booth was a big success, with a long line of people waiting from the beginning until around the time I left.

Second of two sake tasting courses at YATA 🙌 I thought that was a crop! I was so excited. There are 4 versions of this sake, and I chose the one that is Junmai (Junmai is a pure rice). Originally, there was silver around the stopper (apparently) but it was removed... 🤔. It's a bit fruity, but I think it's refreshing. It's my first time to try it, it's different but delicious 😋.

Daytime Drinking 🍶 Two sake tasting courses at YATA KITTE 🙌 I want to drink Senkou! I thought it was not enough for one glass... so here it is 💁! I didn't know about this one, but it was delicious! It's refreshing, and the moment I drank it, I said to myself, "This is delicious! I could hear myself saying "Delicious! Just a small story here 🍶. There was a discussion about the English translation on the labels of the sake in the lineup, and I asked, "Drunken...Twist? What does that mean? A foot? I said, "Staggered feet, isn't it?" (Tekito). Nice translation, even for me👍()

I finally got it 👏. Purchased it at Kamekuchi (direct from the brewery) 🙌! The store has a great atmosphere and it's very nice to be able to take your time and choose! They have a business card (taste chart) for each sake and it's fun to compare them 🍶. Pop open the bottle 🎉! It's quite different from the Yumesansui and Yamadanishiki I've had so far! Bittersweet first taste, sweetness follows and then it goes away! Delicious! Postscript (7/11) Opened the bottle with a pop (I was so surprised that I wasn't paying attention...) A little schwar. Rounded off and easy to slurp. Good taste. Just a quick story here🍶. I've been working hard on updating my Instagram. It's fun to learn about different kinds of alcohol 🥳.
