Long time no see(?)! I'm sorry to hear about the long time(?) absence of Mr. Shikishima! 👏 I went to buy a bottle of Natsume, but they were out of it or didn't have it, so I bought a bottle of Yamadanishiki, which I had never had before. The bottle was opened with a splash 🎉. High aroma Just the right amount of effervescence. A little bit peculiar (peculiarity of Yamadanishiki?) Flavor that lingers in the mouth Delicious. I like Yumesansui better 🤔, but I'm used to drinking it. I drink it slowly while growing! ...with the masking tape (too precious to use) I bought when I visited Shikishima-san's brewery the other day. Postscript (7/05) Still schwaggy. Has it become a little less peculiar? Taste more intense? More sweetness. Note (7/11) Almost no schwash. More sweetness. Lingering bitterness. Spread Postscript ✍ (7/17) Almost no fizziness. Rounded and extremely sweet(?) Maybe it's my favorite time of the year. No.4 bottle: 1870 yen By the way 🍶. I started instagram! mia_sklife, named after mia's sake life. 2 types of local sake 🙌 I often pass by the sake brewery so I was curious about Shiraoi 🍶. This is easy to drink! The taste is quick, but the aftertaste follows. The aftertaste is moderate. I served it with pickled shiso leaves (from a recipe by Ume Fat, a member of the N Saka Group) on chilled tofu...it was delicious! And a heaping pile of crab cakes with wasabi and mayo! 300ml 620 yen Just between you and me 🍶. Nice to meet you at the usual liquor store ✨. She gave me a recommendation for a dry local sake and I chose Shiraoi. I knew it! I knew it! Next time I'll buy a bigger one 📝.

Nice to meet you Gifu Sake🙌 First of all, it's red! It's very dry! You can really feel the rice flavor. It has acidity and a strong aroma. It's a bit peculiar, but it's delicious with this peculiarity too 😋. The pairing list says something about potato salad, but it's true. It seems to go well with strong snacks. I'll have it with baby cheese (Camembert) 🍶. 4Gou bottle: 1430 yen By the way 🍶. Half of my GW holiday (2 days in a row) became a mirage due to a mysterious fever (the only symptom was a fever).

One that greeted me with a recent empty life 🙌 I've had a lot of Houraisen, but this is the first time I've had it! I must say, I've never had it before! First sip impression, too easy to drink? I think so 🤤. The aroma is fruity? I thought it was, but the feeling in the mouth is one that doesn't make a statement. After finishing it, there is a fruity aftertaste in the mouth, but it disappears quickly. Thirst quenching ✨ This is a must drink! Price 1430 yen including tax for a 4-pack bottle. A finish that makes you think you can take more! I'll buy this next time ✨. By the way 🍶. I'm getting this after the rest of the leftover "Funaka Hachisaku" and the "Kuusei" which I'm in the process of growing to rave reviews. I'm not sure how much I'll be able to drink! Tomorrow is my day off too, so no matter how much I drink, it will be practically zero percent! Golden week for me 💪(I have to work the middle 3 days though)

Get your dream drink👏. You told me about it in the comments during my first Sake no Wa post "Sora". I have been dreaming of this day! I'm so emotional 🥹. At my favorite liquor store these days, of course! They let me know on social media that it was in stock and I went there after work💪. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶. Amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! I found it to be thicker and sweeter than regular Sora. But the aftertaste is clean and a hint of sweetness remains. I guess I'm the kind of person who drinks too much. But since it's a fresh sake, I'd like to let it grow slowly and carefully. By the way 💫 I was just going in with a "hey, boss" feeling (this is my 3rd visit to the restaurant ⚠), but there was a guy I've never met before 😃. I thought there must be someone updating social networking sites, but he was really there! He told me that this Nama sake is only available at a limited number of distributors, so it was fate that I was able to buy it! Thank you Sake-no-wa circle! 4Gou bottle, 4,180 yen including tax

初めての超辛口！！ 船中八策…初めて聞いた😃と言ったら旦那(歴史特に戦国オタク)に坂本龍馬が〜とウンチクが始まり歴史は平均点取るのが精一杯だった私は右から左へ受け流す〜🙂 超辛口！でもきめ細かでまろやか…の売り文句にやられて購入 『オススメぬる燗』って書いてあった(気がする)のでひとまず常温で どれほど辛口かと思ったけども、けっこう甘く感じる🤔 飲みやすくフルーティな印象でも辛口…なのか？ 後味もしっかりめ 美味しい！次はしっかり冷やして飲んじゃう👍 ちなみに小噺🍶 前回に続いて今回も店主ご夫妻(ご夫婦じゃなかったらごめんやで)がお店に 大将に『辛口がお好みですか😁』と聞かれ「最近は辛口派で…飽きがこないですよね😋」と 『飲みながらそこにあるエレキギター弾いて…人生楽しくなくちゃ！！コンサートの予定はないけどね』と豪快に笑う大将 「開催する時は言ってください！行きます💪」と楽しくお喋り😂 地酒メインだけどこういう他県のお酒も置いてくれてるの本当に助かるありがたい😌

Early last month, I went to the Ume Festival for a tipsy night. I was given a local sake tasting set and was surprised to find such a delicious apple juice (!!!)! I was surprised to find such a delicious apple juice (!!) in the sake tasting set! I've been thinking about it! I finally found it for sale 🍶. It was just a little astringent when I opened it. Bitterness? A bit bitter? I laughed at it because it was like apple juice. I laughed because it was like apple juice. After a couple of days, I drank it again and found that it had become somewhat milder and was the very apple juice I fell in love with at first sip🍎. It's fruity (because it's apple juice), sweet, about 13 degrees, and I can enjoy it on its own without any snacks. In a word, I love it! And the first liquor store I went to. The owner and his wife (or is it a couple?) had a great atmosphere. They had a great atmosphere and a variety of drinks, so we had a lot of fun 😊. I was so happy to see them and they had a variety of drinks. I was so happy that they knew I was a drinker and asked me so many questions.
