Nanawarai特別純米 長野R酵母仕込
まさやま
Nanasho is a sake from Nagano, Japan.
I had seen a friend of mine buying it and wanted to try it, so I happened to find it! I bought it immediately. (I have already confirmed that other types of Nanasho are delicious.)
Price: 1,760 yen including tax.
Polishing ratio 60
First, the smell.
As the label says, it smells like apples (not bananas).
Drink it.
...!
This is it!
The banana feeling is amazing!
The banana feeling that comes at you along with the trompe l'oeil.
It's sweet, but it's not a sweet taste! It has a slightly dry aftertaste, but not dry.
But it's not dry, but rather, umm, umm, umm, umm, umm, umm, umm, umm, umm....
If you are looking for a clean and refreshing aftertaste, you may not necessarily be into it.
Perhaps it's the low alcohol content, but my wife and mother, who are not strong drinkers, both praised it as being easy to drink.
I think this sake is easy to drink even for those who do not usually drink sake.
I will add it to my favorites.
